Organised by the Maritime Port Authority of Singapore (MPA), the Singapore Maritime Week (SMW) is an annual flagship event that brings together global maritime leaders, and industry enthusiasts from around the world to discuss key issues, latest trends and opportunities facing the industry today and tomorrow. This year’s theme, ‘Actions Meet Ambition’, is a show of our collective desire for actions to push for higher ambition in decarbonisation and digitalisation in the maritime sector.

Gain insights and engage in meaningful conversations from high-level thought leaders, experts and businesses at the various dedicated conference tracks on decarbonisation efforts, digital innovation in AI development, low-carbon fuel options, maritime drones, developments in the maritime services to support evolving business needs, cyber security, and talent attraction. Throughout the week, there will also be a host of co-located events, networking receptions, trade exhibition, enabling participants to network and build new connections.

From 16-18 April 2024, SMW will also feature a new trade exhibition, EXPO@SMW to showcase state-of-the-art technologies and the latest offerings in solutions and services to support the industry’s transformation and sustainability journey to achieve a net-zero future. The exhibition is divided into thematic zones – Innovation, Decarbonisation, Services and Country zones that will offer visitors a comprehensive overview of the various exciting developments in the industry.

Aligned with Maritime Singapore’s commitment to drive and accelerate transformation in the maritime industry particularly in the areas of decarbonisation, digitalisation and green shipping corridors, the exhibition will bring together leading experts to unveil the latest in maritime research and development. Visitors can explore advancements and solutions in cybersecurity, robotics, artificial intelligence and also gain first-hand access and knowledge to the technologies transforming the industry.
